Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping
We ship across Chile at no cost. The reference delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination comuna. When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number. If your address has any particularity (gated community, office, schedules), leave it in the delivery instructions when buying.
Returns and withdrawal
For online purchases you have a withdrawal right within 10 days of receiving the product, under Chilean consumer law (Ley 19.496). The product must be undamaged and with its accessories. Write to us to coordinate the pickup and, once received, we will refund through the same payment method.
Legal warranty
The band has a 6-month legal warranty in Chile for manufacturing defects: you can choose repair, replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impacts or third-party interventions.
